Believe it or not, the customers we spoke with said you can't taste a difference! Menu items include a beef substitute made from a soy protein, a sausage substitute made from a pea protein and your traditional sides like potato salad, beans, pickles, and onions. I love seeing these things, I can only assume a lot of people living outside of the US might think Texas would usually be associated with cowboy hats and southern food which is generally meaty. This is great to see!

I wanna try this. I’m a vegetarian. I don’t think vegans will eat this ,depends on what’s in the bread and if that butter is vegan. But as a vegetarian I’d love it I think
