Ingredients of VEGAN SUNFLOWER SEED CHEESE
1 Cup of RAW Sunflower Seeds
1 cup of water
2 Tablespoons of Cassava Starch or you can also use Potato Starch
1 teaspoon salt
50ml of Olive Oil
1 Pinch of Turmeric
3 Tablespoons of Seasoning Mix (garlic, onion, parsley, hot pepper, mustard, paprika, bay leaf) This seasoning mix is called CHIMICHURRI, if you can't find it in health food stores or supermarkets, you can USE ANY OTHER seasoning mix that you Like or have in your house.
Cook between 10 and 15 min.
