Honestly when I heard LV was getting an NHL franchise, I rolled my eyes and decided that it would wind up being a cheap parody of itself. I could not have been more wrong. LV knows entertainment, and they have brought the NHL to a whole new level and have taken a hockey game and turned it into an experience. Thanks, LV, for your amazing contributions to the greatest sport there is! Welcome, Kraken, and let's have a great 2021-2022 season!

The Golden Knights have been a breath of fresh air, and great for hockey in my opinion. This is coming from a Penguins fan thats still not completely over the Fleury trade I might add.

I never thought that one day I would watch a golden knight fight a giant octopus at a hockey game in Las Vegas.

This lore that the knights are making is getting intense.

im a die hard canucks fan being from BC, but since i went to Vegas for a vacation and caught a vegas game, i cant deny nor can anyone that Vegas is a Hockey City . Just a great arena with great fans. one of the most entertaining evenings i have had. now i'm going back to vegas in april and i'll be catching the knights vs canucks game... i'll be the guy wearing both teams lol

I don't even like hokey but this is pretty epic but, Vegas is known for it's spectacular shows, so it doesn't surprise me that their hokey team would have their own visual effects department to put something like this together.

For a while there this felt like it was supposed to be a damn Seattle home game, but when the Vegas logo appeared and the cracking was melted away by it that was really cool

The funny thing is, Seattle, Las Vegas, and Phoenix are all closely related. You'll find a lot of people from Vegas and a ton from Phoenix in Seattle, a lot of people from Seattle in Vegas and even more in Phoenix, and of course Vegas and Phoenix. I'm from Seattle but I'm moving to Vegas. Lucky for me, I'll have two NHL teams: Kraken and Golden Knights!

This isnt just cool for a hockey team, there isn't any team of any sport that does this. Not a VGK at all but this type of stuff is what brings in new fans. Keep it up. Also makes you wonder why the LA kings never did anything like this, they are literally in the production capital of the world.

Been to one of these. Loudest NHL pre-game by anyone. By FAR. Had foam ear plugs in while in a guest suite- still, the audio levels are rocket launch loud.

Awesome Game too! After the loss of Fleury and Reaves, I was drawn towards the Kraken. I've been a VGK fan since Day 1....But, I think I can root for two awesome teams. Kraken remind me of baby VGK.
