Nice project. Just a suggestion. 1. A broad transparent pvc/fiber box can be made and fixed on the dispersal side for collection. 2. A wooden cylindrical piece like chapati kuzhavi can be cut on both ends to push the vegetables. 3. What if 3 blades are used kept at 120 degrees apart. It'll cut faster and save battery power. Also provision can be made for blade replacement. Please comment if I am wrong. Good luck.

Nice suggestion bro. I too thought of increasing the blade from 2 to 4, that would save more time and the blade's sharpness will dull slowly.
