I can definitely say this, If you're a vegetarian and went to a Restaurant, A confirmed rice dish you order for lunch or dinner is Vegetable Pulao
So, how restaurant veg pulao is that perfect? even though it's not as attractive and colourful as other rice dishes,
How are they achieve a nice flavour?
if you think of making the same at your home kitchen,
Well, we're gonna see that in this video
So, we are going to cook a perfect restaurant-style Vegetable Pulao

Here are the ingredients for this veg pulao Tamil.
Basmati rice 1 cup or 250 gms
Whole spices
(cinnamon stick1nos
Black cardamom1nos
green cardamon 2 big nos
cloves5nos
bayleafs 2nos)
Onion sliced 1 no
Green chilli 1 nos
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Carrot 30 gms
Potato 25 gms
Beans 20 gms
Cauliflower 20 gms
green peas 20 gms
Mint leafs 20 nos
Milk 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Veg.Pulao.... Simple, Tasty and interesting recipe. Though prepared easily, the outcome is Supreme. I know my comments are late, but last time when I prepared this recipe I did not forward my comments for reasons I don't remember. I prepared this dish again today ie 13thAug2023. I have prepared Veg. Pulao many a times earlier,but the flavour and taste I enjoyed from your recipe was just too too exclusive.
