This was a must in my house every Thursdays … we call the vegetable green .. and it’s the authentic vegetable just like you said .. this is so yummy and I wish I can have some from here

Enough veggies! Looks inviting 😜 The green amaranth vegetable we have here has this bitter taste that most times spoils the taste of your food except you kind of wash it with some hot water. Most people here don't add it like that without touching it with some hot water. I don't know if it's same over there?
