You're allowed to complete the entire item if you're ahead, but unable to buy more until the other at least buys a few components for their next item. You'll be stuck with one item until figuring out what's the next one from just a few components, or ask.. but given League of Legends AMAZING COMMUNICATIVE COMMUNITY doubt you'll get answers. No support item since it's gonna make you earn less and less gold, nor the jungle one, only a corrupting pot early is allowed.

veigar but you can only build these items, warmogs ,mob or speed boots, spirit visage, titanic hydra, demonic embrace. that's your full build. omni vamp mythic which I forgot the name of or heartsteel for stronger hydra and embrace (your choice which of these two mythics). this build might be super tanky but I bet it would beat ass for damage too.
