So bummed Mads missed the stage win. To see him (or anyone) get a Tour stage in the rainbow jersey would be really special, especially considering he isn't really getting his full season in the stripes.

last thing i would do on a rest day of over 40 x >100km / day rides is be on a bike lol NJ

I have heard it is cause the muscles will tense up if they fully took a day off the bike
