apparently power down, hold power button and plus button for 20+ seconds, and then change to 40km or 25 miles. I have not tried this yet as my bike is not working right now, but that should raise the max speed limiter. I just watched too many videos on this bike to figure that out.

Great video, but I have one question: does the Velotric Discover 1 have a built in USB port? It would be really good if the answer is yes.

Sorry, it does not. But I have two of these e-bikes and they are extremely fun. The battery lasts a very long time in level one.

Hi to unlock it to go 25mph you have to 24040 km per hour to get a 25 mph

You are NOT showing us what you are hitting on the Controls buttons for these settings!!!! DUH!! You are showing the display only......that means NOTHING! Where is the total mileage at as opposed to the trip mileage? I hope we can't delete the total odometer....ever!

Yea but it only go up to 25 mph and still slows you down if you pedal faster

@@nilekinnick6559 With the power off, press and hold the power and + "buh-un" for 20 seconds. Then scroll up or down to change the max speed. It will be in kmh so set it to the highest setting which I think is about 40.

Good information! But please learn to pronounce the word “button” correctly!! It’s hard to listen to someone repeating the word over and over incorrectly!
