cariii i've loved this vlog so much 🥺 i've been following you for a couple of years now and your vlogs in korea have always brought me comfort, but seeing you going around the city i live in just hits different 🥲 im so so glad you had a nice time in venice and that you got to enjoy also the little local spots. i recognised many of the places i often visit to get cicchetti and spritz (the vegetarian meatballs from caffè rosso are my favourite!!!). as you said, seeing different lifestyles can help a lot, and watching your vlogs helped me to see the beauty of little things in life. i'm very happy that now we share some experiences in venice, a city so beautiful that makes me fall in love with it again and again every single day. hope that the rest of your vacation is being wonderful as well 🤍

Hi! Italian here from Venice :-) for anyone who loves Venezia and are going to visit the city, next time go and see Padova (Padua), it's 20 mins train ride from Venezia, it's much much cheaper and it's rather big and soooo beautiful! x

This is THEE vlog I was waiting for (from your recent Instagram travels) 😆 I do not care how touristy it is, I fell in love with the buildings of Venice on my first backpacking trip at 19, and have only been back for a more dedicated trip once since (Italy twice though, it’s just my favorite in general). It was completely unexpected, I had zero expectations (my mom had pumped me up for France cause it’s HER favorite), but then all the things happened when I got there. The birds sang sweeter, the sunlight more golden, the air tasted better, it seemed like life was in slow motion and I felt utterly beautiful just standing inside it. Complete idealistic silly adolescent puppy love at first sight. I return to post Covid international travel in 2023 and I’ll finally get to go back if all goes well. So this vlog is making me so completely happy. I’m only ten minutes in but I keep pausing to take breaks and make it last longer. To live vicariously through you just another minute. Thank you Cari! ❤️❤️❤️

I've lived in Venice for two years, and now I live in a city 30 minutes by train from it, and every minute of this video melted my heart 🥺 Ps: Venice is actually not expensive at all if you know the right spots, it just take a while to find them and tourists don't usually have this kind of time

Watching your vlog made me realize how much I missed traveling! Due to covid and uni I haven't been able to (and my last solo trip was to Edinburgh in 2019) but now that the cases went down and I finished school I cannot wait travel again! Seeing your Italy trip made me want to visit the cities on my solo trip! So so beautiful!!

oh gosh when you said you were going to see a concert at a church i was hoping it would be vivaldi’s!! this vlog was just a shot of nostalgia for me, i traveled to italy in high school on a baroque orchestra performance tour years ago and performed (vivaldi!) in that very cathedral. thank you for the lovely vlog 🥰 hits the travel bug spot while i wait for my turn to see the world again.

I'm going to Italy tomorrow and to Venice on Wednesday! I haven't searched for tourist attractions and restaurants yet, but watching this vlog made me so hyped up!! Lovely vlog as always XD

I just haven't gone on vacation because I have a late Covid. Forced to sit at home, I felt very bad until I discovered your volg from the road. I feel him wandering with you through the cities, Some are close to me and known in others I have not been yet. I live in Scotland and it was nice to travel with you and your friend along the same route I started my last summer vacation. Thank you for illuminating my life with your journey. I invite you to Poland where not only Krakow is a beautiful city. Get to know Jelenia Góra, Wrocław, Łódż, Gdańsk, Sopot, Zamość, Opole, Kazimierz and many others. Regions such as the Sudety and Lower Silesia, Mazury, and Podlasie. Food, places, hotels and people will delight you with, I promises. I am only add that I like you because you similar like me have got ginger , red hair . People call me Ruda or Corrosion because of hair .

Ohh so many furbabies. AND THE TURTLES??!?!? The violinists you showed at first looked so familiar it's like random celebrity spotting lol. Those fake fruit deserts made me nostalgic, had them at one place at my old town. The architectural details on those old buildings and churches hhh I have heart eyes. Yay for caprese sandwiches they're so good. Thanks for showing those local hidden spots they were very nice! It's so funny about the manitozzo, I've seen that in many Korean food vlog videos and they put SO much frosting inside I always wondered if you'd review one.. MAN the Stresa weather.. like that's heaven to me.. Those cities are so liveable, walkable places really do build community and through that just.. healthy minds imo. This was just a really nice ending.

this is one of my fav cities too!! this brought back so many memories of my trip that was over 4 years ago. i love the small alleyways and the canals especially at sunset
