I love Arisi Uppuma, but today my wife prepared following your tips and it taste different and really good. Several years I have seen white colour Arisi Uppuma and today slight change in colour. Thank you sir.

When I was young my mom used to make arisi upma.. and that was out of the world. But I don't know at that time we only have ration rice in our home so mom prepared that. Now a days I'm missing that one...

Arisi upma is one of my favourites and combination with vendhiya chutney or vendhiya kholumbu is par excellence. I tried out this recipe and it came out really well.

Edhuvaraikum avar kitchen pakkamey vandhadhillai, but now he is teaching me how to prepare dosa batter, coffee, kalyana rasam potato roast and everything.Even if you share how to make hotwater he will watch and tell me. Hi sir, I have tried many of your dishes.. My daughter always love it... But the kalyanam rasam is just amazing... My 6year old asked for rasam in tumbler and was enjoying every sip... Noone in our family has the habit of Eating rasam seperately... I felt very happy... Heart felt thanks to u 🙏🙏🙏

This is different from our home traditional arisi upma. Let us try. We use coconut oil for cooking. And won't use coriander. That side dish you told is awesome.

Vendhaya chutney is something new I am hearing sir. Thank you so much. I used to make kothsu or peanut chutney for this however I struggle a lot tomake this rava. Today learnt the proper way to make it.

Nice different arsi Upma version. I make it in vengala paanai, use kadalai yennai, make it udiri udiri, , don't put kothamali. This recipe is tempting to try too. We love your recipes chef. The way you cook straight from your heart. Watched your medhu pakoda yesterday where your father was also there and loved it.

Wow, neenga panarathae parthutae kaekum podhae, nakkil neer ooruthu, but, all these years I have been doing this upma (we call it kurunai upma) without the roasted powder, next time, I'll give it a try dear chef, thank you for giving us so many intricate tips, you are always our family member😀🙏

Waiting from yesterday to see how differently the ratio of ingredients going to be present in the recipe then my mom recipe. Amma tried kalyana rasam Vera level taste bcoz of the ratio and proportion of rasam powder.

Sorry bhat, the upma should be dry, yours is semi solid. Best vessel for this receipt is Vengala panai or uruli. Ingredients are ok. But in our families we won't add green chillies and கொத்தமல்லி.

Am sure u r well aware that each dish has so many different versions.. U may always prepare and take only wat u feel suits u n ur family.. By means of taste.. Instead of being such a critic. Namaste
