I am also from hotel family and I know how he struggled in the past. Today gas is available but those all hotels used woodens only. I had seen my grandfather used woodens and suffered a lot. We won't forget their hardwork always.

Dominoes might not serve good quality cheese but dalda is a hydrogenated fat which is not good for health. Restaurants used to use it because it was cheaper and provided good flavor. At the end of the day, both are businesses that want you to keep coming back for more.
