Sir I made ponnangannikeerai thokku ,( inspired by Sangeetha at Trichy,) with gingelly oil. Mixed with rice n ghee. Was awesome. First I avoided eating it,thinking it to be usualgongura, but the server insisted me to taste it with ghee n told me the benefits of the keerai. It was excellent.. He gave me a small quantity to taste at home 😀He was an the inspiration. Don't know his name! Your maangai coriander rice reminds me of it
