Amazing recipe, sir! I learnt most of my cooking from you. Thank you for the variety you provide. Also, I learned this trick from my mother in law, if you add a little salt to oil before shallow frying, anything that you shallow fry won't stick to the pan. I have tried this and it works like a charm.
