You explain cooking very nicely. I love your recipes. I have a sweet tooth. But I cannot consume sugary sweets. Can I use sugar-free for the sugar syrup? Powdered sucralose (or stevia). Rest all ingredients and cooking method to remain exactly as you instructed.

Thanks for the demonstration sir. Can we make the same rasamalai if the milk is broken while boiling without adding vinegar or lime and adopt the same procedure shown by you. Will it have the sane taste?
