Inspite of a few comments and your befitting reply what I like about all your recipes and your principle with regards to your cooking usage of ghee , oil I truly love it. Anything rich in oil or ghee is not eaten every day so once in a while eating it this way full of flavor, aroma and taste is heavenly

I tried this today as of copy from your recipe. Came out very well. Taste super. I tried a round in ghee. Arumaii. For a change some with oil. I realised the difference as u said. Ty so much sir.

Ahaaaahaaa Bhat Sir, you took me to Mahalingapuram ayyappan temple, I just love the unniappam from there. That crispy ghee fried divine unnappam bought soon after worship definitely tempts you to eat, once again. The next Vera level unniappam by my veliamma. Others from many stores don't match with them at all. That emotion only those who have eaten such good unniappams only can understand.
