Given that Tobey's spidey already had an encounter with his universe's Venom I wonder how he's gonna react seeing this one.

For anyone else confused as to why Eddie would get teleported when he’s never met Peter Parker, it’s safe to assume that somewhere in the “flood of knowledge” Venom gave to him, Peter Parker was mentioned, causing him to be teleported.

Was way more interested to know what Venom wanted to show Eddie

I think its pretty self-explanatory. What just happened is that Tom Holland and Dr. strange just opened up the multiverse. Being as Venom is a symbiote, he was able to simply pass through to the next universe. Venom now sees spiderman as a threat and will probably show up in the post end credit scene in no way home. Eventually becoming allies with spiderman or arch enemies.

After No Way Home if you realise it's very smart move by SONY. They are not planning to create another Spiderverse (which cannot be as big as DECU or MCU) but instead of that they'll build independent franchise of characters like Venom or Morbius and whenever Sony want all can collab through Multiverse. What I think happened is that 2019 Venom accessed Spider-Man 3 Venoms memories, and then became aware of Peter Parker being Spider man as well as developing a hatred for Spider-Man, we know he can do that since he just said the hive mind works across universes, this makes more sense when you consider that Strange’s spell only brought those who knew Peter Parker is Spider Man, and 2019 Venom accessing Spider-Man 3 Venoms memories makes 2019 Venom meet those requirements, and since he’s linked with Eddie, he got summoned as well

Venom was talking to Eddie about his billions of light-years of knowledge and was going to give him "just a small taste of what we symbiotes have experienced." Sooo, I'm thinking because the symbiote that attached itself to Harry knew who Spiderman was, this Venom in a way does too, because of the hive mind or whatever.

Venom was about to show eddie his knowledge that they have across universes before he got teleported and see how venom takes over as soon as he hears peter parker on TV since symbiotes have a hive mind and a venom from tobey universe bonded with spiderman he as access to that knowledge.. also strange spell sends them all back, venom purposely leaves part of himself there. That small part wasnt affected by strange's spell because it was too small to have access to memories but once the symbiote will become big enough it can access all these memories so I guess we have seperate venom in MCU

I’m coming back here after seeing Spider Man No Way Home. I have to be honest, I’m disappointed that almost nothing came of Eddie/Venom being teleported to the MCU. He left almost as soon as he arrived and never got to meet Tom Holland’s Spider Man.

Looking at it now, I’m pretty sure the video of Peter used here is literally footage from his Spidey-sense scene from NWH but they removed the integrated suit cgi, moved him into a daytime city background, and changed the lighting.
