I know that you’re tired of Venom fighting Symbiotes but Venom primarily fights (after Spidey) Symbiotes in the comics. There’s only one or two non-symbiote villains that Venom fights, but they’re so minor and forgettable that I can’t even remember they’re names. Edit: And since a couple people have brought him up, Knull doesn’t count as a non-symbiote villain because his whole thing is that he is/was the God of the Symbiotes. So even though he isn’t a symbiote, he’s still closely related to them

I’d like to imagine Slasher is like a side villain, Spider-Man is in the film and the crew didn’t want another No Way Home crew shirt situation. But knowing Sony they wouldn’t do that

I’m thinking Mac Gargan as Scorpion. He’s green and has a history with the symbiotes

There was a rumor going around about the plot of Venom 3. Where Eddie goes back to the bar in his universe but he ends up in Mexico. He ends up staying in Mexico as their protector, and has to face off against the chupacabra. In this case, the chupacabra could be the wolf/ lasher. I’ll leave this comment here and see how much of this plot ends up being part of the movie when it comes out

The original plot leak for Venom 3 was that he had no interest in the Spider-Man multiverse thing once he comes back and stays in Mexico after finding out there’s a “chupacabra” which sucks more than the Peter Parker surrogate son plot you hated

What could be really interesting is seeing Spiderman as a villain, fighting him from Venoms perspective. Even though he might still be a good guy, if they could be able to make us empathize with "the true villain" it would be a really cool and unexplored idea in a Spiderman/Venom movie.

Venom films basically taking the blade films path with all three antagonists being vampires except it symbiotes not too mad at it.

Not having a symbotie in venom is like having a a vampire movie without vampires lol

The ONLY way this plot would work if the Spider-Man in this franchise is a 10-year-old Miles who doesn't even have powers yet, but in the future he kills Venom under the guidance of Prowler. But with the help of Venom and maybe Peter Spider-Man they steer Miles on the right track to being a perfect mix of Spider-Man and Venom's power (which is why he has Venom Electricity)

It needs to be venom vs Andrew's spiderman. Period. The one line in no way home perfectly sets up this "I wanna fight an alien".

Maybe Lasher's going to be the villain but who knows. I don't mind Venom fighting Symbiotes as his adversaries.

One of the old plots did involve some sort of chupacabra monster that venom would hunt down, maybe that could still happen but the chupacabra is actually lasher using the dog as a host

Toxin will definetly be more of a friendly than a villian. But i doubt they will have a movie where just a dog sympiote is the villian lmao. I can see this movie just being a sympiotes vs symbiotes film. This trilogy had such potential but these damn movie and character rights get in the way of really good stories. Maybe next Venom movie in another 10 yearswe can finally get Spiderman vs venom.

Lasher has always been one of the most interesting symbiotes but I kinda wanted to see Knull or Mr Negative and Anti-Venom or even phage. A third symbiote villain just seems repetitive

That rumor actually sounds awesome. Eddy becoming less of a villain and more of a mentor to Peter would be such a great place to take his character and could even lead to one of the greatest stories of all time the king in black where we NEED an eddy who has become a good guy and cares for a younger man.

Doesn't make sense to go with the Life Foundation symbiotes because we already had Riot in the first movie.

My fourth season would've had this plot. With the foundation experimenting hosts. Slasher would be a third main one that survived or can be a looming role with so many others being out there in the pitch i have. With Doc Ock being the boss which is how symbiote vs symbiote would be more entertaining for you.

If Sony really wanted to leave the opportunity for further Venom movies (without Hardy with this being his last one) do a simple post credit scene where it shows the US Government in possession of the venom symbiote where they’re discussing possible subjects for Project Rebirth and someone says “I think we have our man” or something and they just show a file with the name Eugene Thompson. I feel this leave’s potential to come back and do villains like Knull or even Scream in the future

VENOM had the writer from 50 SHADES OF GREY (who is also directing VENOM 3) MORBIUS had the writers from GODS OF EGYPT (Who are also behind MADAME WEB) And KRAVEN THE HUNTER has the writers from TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT AVI ARAD ruined this franchise the same way he ruined TASM series

If Venom and Eddie do try to protect a young Peter Parker, I want to see a full on invasion with multiple symbiotes coming after them, because in almost every universe it’s Spider-Man that stops them from taking over Earth. That and Venom confirmed that he shares a hive mind with symbiotes across the multiverse so it would make sense that the symbiotes want to take out Peter before he can stop them.

My theory is that it Lasher is in the movie, it would probably be a dog by what you are saying. I’m guessing it’s still Toxin, but he infects a police dog and it becomes Lasher and they chase after Venom and it’ll go with the green theme

It makes sense for Venom to face another symbiote since he's a symbiote himself and has quite a few symbiote enemies/adversaries. I'm all for him facing off against Lasher, but I don't like the title "Venom: The Last Dance." "The Last Dance" sounds like the Step Up franchise's final movie. I really hope they change it to Lethal Protector.
