So if flow increase insp time decrease.....i.e this less time is enough to take 500ml tv ......normal pt .5 lit tv and inspirator time is 2sec so the .flowe anound me is .25lit per sec crt sir

dear dr.... other simple way for calculation Ti=0.06XVt(ml)/FLOW(liter/min).. also from same equation FLOW(liter/min)= 0.06Vt(ml)/Ti . 0.06Vt=FLOW(liter/min) X Ti. very simple mathematics.... YOUR EXAMPLE FOR FLOW, SEE BLOW flow = volume /time example for that ..as you pour out water in to a mug ,, the more flow the shorter time, and the shorter the time the more volume. THANKS.

@12:26 if Inspiration time tidal volume decrease then flow decress = V= (0.5/0.1)*(60)= 30lpm, (V= 0.5/0.2)*60= 15 LPM. please confirm

Sorry sir, how to calculate the VT of patient? 'cause we can't consider the VT of patient is always 0,5 L. But, thank you for your video

That was just an example. We can only estimate the Vt of the patient at the bedside and that is based on their ideal body wt.
