I don't train RG, just do it at home. But I think at 1:38 if your hands are straight and you still hit your head (ouch) you should choose shorter clubs. At 2:09 do this very downstage and then very backstage. At 2:22 everything depends on the right wristmoving (I think. I never tasted it, I don't think I can do XD). At 3:11, catch the second clubs with your thumb, so don't lay that on that club, which is in your palm. 4:53 :especially move your wrist and have a big impetus :) I hope I helped :D

NHK sometimes give us such educational footage for semi-professional like "Super piano lesson"by Schiff, "Super ballet lesson"by Legris etc. If so,I want to get these series from NHK on demand video archives.
