During my years in the MET Chorus (1977-2001) we always sang the Verdi Requiem from memory: in the Opera House, at Carnegie Hall, on the Domestic Tour and in Japan.

Rojaslee Violin How is she "amazing"? I ask because her Met Aïda was a joke and, along with Levine, Furlanetto, et.al, she was one of the weak links in these wretched Met performances of the V Requiem.

@@doGreatartistsgrowontrees You are a joke. She is maybe a little too lyric for Aida especially at the Met house but I too listen to her there and she sung absolutely beautiful as always.
