I really hope the jury saw through Maya and her team. She does not have CRPS and the closing Anderson did mentioned more about financials than anything else. This is no one’s fault but Beata and Maya feeding into their mental illness. They were both co dependent in this journey. Kirkpatrick and Hannah are in this for financial gain. I hope they get nothing. People die young all the time and at the end of the day Beata unalived herself due to her wrong doings. She knew all would come out during investigation and she would not be getting Maya back. All of the ch 39 stuff the jury did not see would have helped the case in the defense case. I wish they would have let all of this in. Maya was spoiled and wanted attention she fed off of how much attention she was finally getting from Beata, everyone was hanging on to the words she was saying. Jack admitted he saw MBP and observed the same thing all these nurses and physician testified too. The audacity to sit there straight faced? What does a 10 year old know about her healthcare and choices she’s to make. Beata was driving the ship and crashed. It’s her fault this happened and no one else. JHACH saved her from dying.

@@Liza-cl2gb I appreciate your feedback. There were prior hospitals, nurses, and physicians that questioned CRPS they provided evidence. Her symptoms don’t even match those of CRPS. The scratches 😂. Just going by what I observed in trial.

And if that doesn't tell me you haven't been paying attention, the rest of your comment certainly does. ❤😊 you're one of those people who think this trial was about Beata when REALLY the big issue is the hospitals failures. @@TeaSpiracy The hospital made mistakes I agree but not to this extent. Whitney did a 10 min breakdown of the financials. Anderson talked about financials blah blah. Beata had everything to do w this trial. It was her demeanor and actions that raised the red flags. Who in their right mind would request an intrathecal pain pump, gastrostomy tube, and hospice? You’re telling me all of this is ok? This is wild.

I don’t care for Anderson - he’s unorganized, and, at tines, incoherent, but how is anticipating/planning for the next potential step in a matter you’re professionally responsible for ‘ridiculous’ and/or unreasonable’? Would you rather that he make the jury spend more hours at the courthouse doing nothing because he didn’t appropriately anticipate what his case required? I’m not trying to argue, and have no desire to, so please don’t take this wrong. I’m just genuinely curious about how an attorney trying to adequately represent his client is ‘ridiculous’ and/or unreasonable.’

I wonder if Cathy Bedy will sue Anderson and the family after trial? Anderson in his closing called her a "mental case" and said that "there's something really wrong with her". He and Maya have also said that "she (Maya) really hated her!". So if i understand it correctly it's perfectly okay to call her all these things but not Beata?? I don't think these comments in closing sat well with some of the jurors. It sounded crazy actually and childish, not to mention insane.

He broke the rules of closing arguments, deliberately, grotesquely, like the slime-ball he showed he was during trial. It should have been an automatic mistrial as soon as he told the jury to "send a message, that the world was watching". That's about as egregious a violation as it is possible to make in a closing argument, short of accusing the other side of lying or hiding evidence. He brings shame to a profession already despised for being the scum of the Earth...

Maya was giving testimony on Day 15 and stating her triggers. Time stamp 1:18:11 One of her trigger’s is related to a certain color. So, today the color theme of the planiff table & gallery are favoring purple/deep purple shades. Just surprised that her “loved ones” knowing this, would wear this color and also where’s the trigger from Maya.

I’m not surprised by the verdict from the questions the jurors asked during the trial and from the questions they asked very quickly into deliberations, seems like they went right to how much they should award rather then discussing the evidence. Makes one question our jury system. This was about emotions and not facts.

I guess my comment got deleted for mentioning another channel. So Anderson was interviewed by a reporter from a source I won’t mention (didn’t think it was a bad thing to mention the channel 🤷♀️). He mentioned Maya’s feet and ankles and that she’s exhibiting symptoms of a relapse. All you have to do is look at the poor kid and see that she’s not feeling well. She looked really good at the beginning of this trial.

What if it happened to your family? Her mother thought it was her only out, to keep her daughter safe. I've seen how children's hospitals are. My then 3 year old son was in one when he spilled a cup of hot water on himself, long ago. There were several children in the burn unit, who spilled hot coffee, etc. on themselves. The hospital staff were after evidence on one parent, whose toddler spilled coffee on herself. I met that parent and her child. Then the hospital set up a group therapy session for all parents with children in the burn unit. I asked medical questions during the therapy session, got no answers. That's when I realized the hospital staff did this just to obtain evidence against parents. I suggested every parent leave the session, and not answer any questions without a lawyer. All the parents followed me out of that session. I am a licensed physician and attorney...:-) I hope this jury does the right thing in this case. Such a huge loss for a child to lose their mother at such a young age...:-( My parents would have went to that hospital and took me out of it!

There’s no misdiagnosis in the hospital side. All 3 hospitals Maya went to all agreed on one thing- she did not have CRPS. Kirkpatrick and Hanna were operating pain clinics, no board certifications, no hospital privileges. Chopra also does not have hospital privileges and is faking his credentials claiming to be a Harvard grad. Which doctors will you believe in making the correct diagnosis?
