If you get a drink with espresso shots in them, you don't get any more coffee if you go from medium to large. Small gets one shot, medium gets two, large also gets two. This goes for all drinks with espresso shots. All you're getting with a large is extra syrup or cream or sugar and other flavorings. Think about that next time you crave a large caramel macchiato. Go with the medium. it's cheaper and has a few hundred less calories with the same amount of caffeine.
