What it is is they put different amounts of ice, so while the colugos are different the amount of liquid is the same

They definitely changed their cups after getting sued a couple times. They had a pretty good run of those legitimately unsized cups tho.

THis guy is not very bright. The scam is easy. You put the small cup inside the other cups before filling them. Solved.

Are these 3 sized cups the same as in the case of other guy had done? If not you not proving anything You did say there were other sizes. Use the same sizes verified or you do not have a case.

They’re the same sizes. The other sizes (after researching it) have been used for VERY specific drinks & have different variants to them for example I think the the biggest size they have is clear? I don’t remember too well but yeah they’re the same cups as the guy in the video
