People aren’t decluttering these fragrances because they aren’t good. They’re doing it because people have no sense of longevity. They get tired of fragrances after wearing them 10 times. I’m in it for the long haul! I’m not always looking for the next best thing and feeling like I have to buy the newest frag asap.

It's such a shame that we need to have the newest thing and lose track of what we love/loved. I'm becoming more and more like my Nonne (grandmas)... If I like it, I like it and I stick to it, perfumes and clothes and all of it. We've lost track of the beauty of wearing and loving something for years,enjoying it and allowing it to accompany us for a whole part of lives. There's such comfort in a well loved sweater,familiar perfume,heirloom jewellery. They become part of our identity. Anyway, just thinking out loud......luv ya!

Yes! I have been seeing a lot of people declutter Mont Blanc signature and the new la belle le parfum this year. The rise and fall of fragrances is so funny to watch! 😂

It’s funny, most perfume reviewers want to be the first to discover & recommend something. They don’t want to be like Jeremy where they talk about the same fragrances all the time, so they all race to declutter & buy new. What they don’t realize is they all pretty much just end up copying each other, buying the exact same perfumes bc they think they need to weigh in with their opinions on all the same ones, usually creating a phony hype train where a perfume gets way more attention than it deserves. It is predictable and funny to watch (although I don’t *actually* watch those channels- bc they’re all the same). You’re always refreshing & entertaining to watch. 💕

Some of these fragrances are getting quite hard to find and if they're available the prices are going noticeably up (Alien flankers, Angel Stars, Nina Ricci L'Extase line) so that may be one of the reasons why they're slowly disappearing from youtube. But it was so nice to watch your list, feels nostalgic for some reason... I still own and enjoy a lot of these perfumes

Valentino Donna Born in Roma is my GIRL. Sure she's "l'air du temps" but so well executed and smells amazing from top to bottom, plus great performance too. Donna Roma is permanently fixed on my shelf!

I’m learning( finally 🙄) what I really like in a fragrance so I’m finding that I’m decluttering mostly those that I unfortunately have negative associations with - perfumes I wore that remind me of a bad time/experience. So glad you like Rose extase - I actually really enjoy all of the extase collection.

I knew you were going to mention her! i was late to the party on that one, but i LOVE her she is my fragrance savior for my anxiety and when i want to feel like a human being, Miss Florabotanica just BLOOMs on me and has become a signature scent. I like whimsical aromotaic floral twist, it gives me if a flower could actually be a power! Jacques Polge DID THAT. I'm not sure i could ever find a dupe, hope i don't ever have to

You are a breath of fresh air. So authentic and fun to watch. I have been a fragrance enthusiast for a long time, but just started connecting on KZfaq a few months ago. I received my first bottle of Florabotanica a few days ago, and its good. Some of my faves are not "it girls." And some that I've tried based on hype are underwhelming or downright awful. Just goes to show that fragrance is an art form. Thank you for your humor and candor.

I remember when everybody was talking about it and I wasn’t that interested but then Ruby ZION sent me a sample and OMG I fell in love can’t wait till it comes in the mail! But you’re right nobody talks about that one as much as before. The blue one sound so interesting but I’m not the biggest fan of caramel unless it’s a light airy caramel… and I ordered alien fusion too!! Ugh that one is so beautiful!

Shagaf Oud is one that I was going to get rid of too! 😂😂 I just don’t see myself using it too much because our winters here in California last about a month, and I don’t know have a lot of occasions to wear it too, but I decided I wanted to keep it a little while longer, but it definitely came through my mind to declutter

Veronica! I’m on the die-hard fan side of Alien as well. I love all my flankers too. I haven’t tried Goddess but I do want Fusion. With Mugler stuff, I just have a sort of unending interest in them. I’ve almost pulled the trigger on the Shaghaf scents - soon! Really enjoyed this! ✌🏽🕺🏼♥️ …and of course I just decluttered Florabotanica yesterday. It was never what I wanted it to be. I wanted much more Cannabis and even more Rose. I actually needed it be weirder.

I am with you on the Mont Blanc signature.....it was touted as lemon meringue pie.......and I get NONE of that!!! LOL That's because our noses and brains have such variability with musk. That musk to me....... is a nose puncher! LOL So I think ppl who bought it wanting that "pie" dream.....who like me, don't get that (but want to get it), will say bye bye! I loved this video! I'm always late to the party, slow to pull the trigger. I still want to try REBEL and DOLCE GARDEN. One fragrance I regret not buying sooner; is LALIQUE AMETHYST (the notorious cat pp scent!). I wear it at home only with no desire to wear it out. I love this strange perfume, it's sharp, green and sweet imo. I can't justify buying ZARA anymore for the reasons you mentioned. Flankers...........just too many, coming at us way too quickly, and often ridiculously similar. Francine
