Not early, her skin is for Paris 2024 olympic games, since the date of the olympic games is the same as both CN and global r1999 update, thats why you got her in ver 2.0 on the CN while global 1.7

I am so glad we got main story continuation with this one! Also, the music and Isolde's VA are the two things I'm looking forward to the most. And of course, the new QoL updates. Hehe, we always eat good with a new patch (don't ask after halfway into the patch...).

Okay, normally Event stories take place after the most recent Main Story, but this one apparently not only takes place in parallel but also perhaps has direct connections with the Main Plot, which would be a novelty since until now events were completely disconnected with at most a reference to Main Story here or there
