With its VX4 eVTOL aircraft prototype nearing first flight, Vertical Aerospace is working with customers including American Airlines and Virgin Atlantic Airways to plan how commercial services could launch in 2025. Much work remains to prepare infrastructure and operational processes, and meanwhile Vertical must learn how to achieve anticipated high rates of production, which could be aided through lessons from car makers like Ford and McLaren Automotive.

How different is the concept of operations from Sabena's Cologne Brussels helicopter service in 1950, New York Airways Manhattan Idelwild (JFK) service in 1953, BEA's Wateloo Terminal London Airport (Heathrow) service in the mid 50s, BA's Gatwick Heathrow service in the 80s, Continental and US Helicopter's 2006 Newark Manhattan service, Blade's JFK Manhattan service today, or flights between London's airports and the London Heliport in Battersea or Skyports Falcon London Heliport?

Great but post production 'music' drowns out the commentary.....why do so many otherwise interesting videos make listening so unpleasant?....I suppose the post producion people want to put their fecal matter on the wall!
