You took the time to show me (and others) how to shape the nose. I'm still not great at it , but lets just say that convinced me not to give up!!!! It made me feel kinda special that you would take the time for this. I was real new to the group and this little thing showed me that you really care about your followers, I have been with you ever since..... I wouold be heart broken if I no longer had you in my life. Have to watch one of your videos every day... A bird house was the first thing I found you carving on youtube and your instructions are right on. Lots of Prayers, Hugs, and well wishes for you...

With all the trees that have blown over this week I should be able to find at least one log that I can try this out, if my wife let's me use my chainsaw (unlikely after what I did with my tablesaw and my thumb lol). Take care mate.

Great idea, got a bunch of logs from my silver maple I had to take down last fall. Definitely will use some of them for this.

Hi Jordy, you rock man. I've learned a lot from watching your vids. I was wondering If you could help me with a problem I'm having. When I'm carving with the dremel and I have a long pointy burr in. It tends to stray out of the chuck and screech quite loudly. What am I doing wrong? Also, I love you skull and root ball carvings that shit is pure art man
