The discussion about "realness" reminded me, bizarrely, of Aristotle's repudiation of Plato's idea that objects are drawn from a kind of conceptual blueprint, and that only the blueprint can be said to be "real." Delta is Aristotle in this situation, pointing out that the "realness" of something like a golden hand resides in the golden hand itself, not in some kind of "Platonic category of Golden Hand Realness."

I would argue that Delta is representing a middle point between Plato's idealism and Aristotle's critique. This is because at the end she presents "Very Delta" as an ideal form by which everything is to be measured, which is strongly reminiscent of Plato's "Form of the Good" (ἡ τοῦ ἀγαθοῦ ἰδέα). Therefore, she partially rejects the idea of the measurement of the "realness" of an object in comparison to its form, but she also asserts the plausibility of the idea of the measurement of the goodness of an object in comparison to the ideal form of being "Very Delta".
