Hi. The fan was replaced as a precaution. As I've seen in the past that the fan becomes weak or noisy itself, once the bearing plate membrane gets stuck inside it and can stop working soon after, if not replaced while carrying out, this repair. So replaced this, to save future trouble, as per customer's advice 👍

With the flue stat being faulty , why does the fan run before it locks out ? Stat is before the fan on the ignition sequence so the fan shouldn’t run as it’s a safety device ? U are a Worcester expert , that’s why I’m asking . Thanks
