I love that you are using sing language with Bonnie. As a Speech-Language Pathologist I know that sign language acquisition occurs way before verbal speech production and can be a valuable tool for Mom’s and babies to use preverbal speech development. What I can’t figure out is why teaching this to moms during prenatal classes isn’t done. Well done Neisha.

I was a nanny to littles for 10+ years and used the series “Baby Signing Time” with all of my families - just 4 videos for 6 months - 3 years! FULL of fun songs and lots of basic signs they feature babies and children signing which other little ones find fascinating to watch.

@@beccamarshall5932 when learning language skills, children can learn up to 4 methods of communication as simply as they can process one single nationality of language- 0-7 years is the time to teach multi- language bc it’s the easiest it will ever be

After you got alarmed by the random hen, you can see Beck’s slight hesitation. Many parents don’t realize the cues we inadvertently give our kids. They watch us like hawks. You and Ken are in the top 10 of inspiring parents. Keep it up, America needs your influences. Bonnie is gonna be a singer, they always start out as screamers 😂

Normally I don't post, I really want to thank you! I've been watching you for a while. I have been really struggling lately because I have multiple food allergies, ibs and pcos. We joke, I have to go all in in "carnivore". But you seriously make this easier and attainable. I have been watching you for a while. I mention to my doctor about eating this way, she thinks it would be a start, because I have been on all liquid for weeks. Just finished the elimination diet again for the millionth time and things are looking up!

This is exactly how I cook my eggs. In fact I made them this way this morning. I tell people that if you have an egg aversion because you’re getting sick of them, definitely try it this way! It’s soooo good!

Many years ago at summer camp, they had hens and we collected eggs on occasion. I don't recall the eggs being clean like yours but if I recall, a few feathers and waste product on the shells.

Fond memories of my own babies and time spent with them made me smile as my husband and I enjoy crispy bacon and coffee for our lunch today. Thank you, also, for promoting LMNT. In case this helps, I am finding the Magnesium Spray (just water and magnesium glycerine) really useful. It doesn’t take immediate effect, and it won’t last all night, but it does provide some relief...!

Thank you Neisha, I so needed to hear this. I too I’m struggling with the same thing. I have let the chips sneak in thinking it was ok. I truly is not, I’m feeling very stressed, and I have painful inflammation. I’m also starting back with strict Carnivore, and it’s how I need to survive. We all can do this, I miss feeling my best.

Chicken skins- rimmed baking sheet with piece of parchment, season, another sheet of parchment and another baking sheet. Pop in hot oven for 15-20 min. yummo
