2KrazyKetos put crispy crumbled bacon in as a mix in. When I make it I don't bother with the mixins. My family all like different things so I make vanilla and then everyone adds whatever they want to that.

yeap, I start all that symptoms you've mentioned , and I actually argue with my MG doc to give me lab test the anti-TPO , and he didn't wanted because said your thyroid is fine ! I say , well its fine for now but after results my anti-TPO were at 300 (max here in Canada's labs is 34!!!) so my anticorps attack day by day my gland and docs still dont want to do nothing to prevent!! Im a nurse , and drag myself to work and cant focus , and extra I am at my menopause as well so figure it !!! My only hope is to when I will take a vacation to flight back in Europe so there to fix a treatment or something to slow down my antibodies lol. So fingers crossed to be able to get out a diagnostic . Ah besides all this , Ive discovered my lymphocytes are over max into yellow zone and I have a ganglion into one of my breast and the oncolog md said : "its nothing , its fine !" my lymphocytes are in growing since last year in September and nobody care !!!!! again , no other hematological tests nada ! so frustrating , and extra bonus to be a nurse and cant find for yourself a good doc !
