Restoration Video Overview
This old rusty antique meat grinder was sent to me by a subscriber Tool germany.it was so full of rust And the too much rust inside it was completely stuck due to rust.I decided to restore it And separated all its parts Its internal mechanism was badly damaged due to rust. But I cleaned it thoroughly again and ended the rust completely. And the Machine was also made new again.Now it was as good as new And I sent it again to my subscribers

Hi I'm a meat cutter. Just wanted to let you know that the blade you put in the grinder was put in backwards. the blade goes against the grinder plate.

Все конечно хорошо, но нормально работать не будет. Чтобы нормально работало необходимо не просто почистить решетку и нож, а заточить их, на ровной плоской поверхности. И разумеется нож нужно перевернуть заточенной плоскостью к решётке.

Alright... you know how to make a really good video. Now lets focus on a good restoration. I'm assuming money is tight where you live so I get it, but soon I hope you have the correct tools and techniques to actually restore something rather than try to make it pretty lol

Przyjacielu, wybacz ale nóż powinien być odwrotnie włożony. Ostrze ma poruszać się po sitku to tak gdyby ktoś chciał coś zmielić. Sama renowacja super zrobiona.

Every piece is beautifully restored. One downside I would say is when you work on a metal item use a metal filler and sand afterwards as they still have pits, scratches and dints.

"Реставратор" продемонстрировал полное непонимание принципа работы вроде бы простого механизма мясорубки. Чтобы мясорубка резала продукт, нужны 2 режущих кромки. Первая - это нож, который он наоборот вставил потому, что он до реставрации наоборот стоял. А вторая кромка - это сетка. Края её отверстий так же должны быть острыми. Тогда нож будет срезать то, что попало в отверстие. А он эту сетку отшлифовал, чтобы красиво было и скруглил края. Главное, чтобы блестело.

Прочтите все ответы. Многие люди здесь пишут, что вторая деталь - пластина с отверстиями также должна быть заточена, чтобы края отверстий были острые. Тогда волокна мяса будут легко срезаны ножами. В противном случае они будут вначале смяты и только потом срезаны ножом. Пластину затачивают на плоском камне, чтобы она была ровная и не имела вмятин. И вы всегда можете самостоятельно это проделать. Вначале попробовать резать мясо на не острой пластине, а потом заточить её и увидеть разницу. Я это делал, поэтому знаю, что пишу. 😀 @@aahands

🤣🤣🤣 Вы меня рассмешили, спасибо! Ведь я и есть тот самый грубый русский и в моём доме действительно находится такое устройство! Я специально купил его не так давно только потому, что оно более эффективно и дёшево в эксплуатации по сравнению с дорогостоящими и не надёжными бытовыми устройствами с электрическим двигателем. Не буду здесь писать наименования известных во всём мире брендов, чтобы меня не обвинили😁 Более того, это простое механическое устройство легко превратить в автоматическое. Нужно просто снять рукоятку и присоединить к устройству аккумуляторную дрель! Я обязательно сниму видео об этом и размещу на своём канале 😀 Наша беседа способствовала появлению этой идеи, спасибо вам ещё раз! @@lilyafortuna695

Объясните мне зачем в подобных видео имея в арсенале металлическую щётку, пескоструйный станок, фрезер и прочее, сначало отмывать одним раствором, потом показать что есть ещё второй раствор и мыть им. Потом основную деталь чистить третьим раствором, а ручку четвертым. Хотя все сделано из одного и того же материала. И потом все равно чистить щеткой или пескоструйным аппаратом. Что бы показать, что все это есть?

Странно, что реставратор не знает как правильно ставить нож в мясорубку. И ещё, чтобы нож рубил хорошо , нужно нож притирать к сетке чтобы между ними не было зазора вообще. Очень странный видос... Конечно , если только эта мясорубка не была восстановлена для декоративного дела. Пользоваться ей точно не получится в таком техническом состоянии.

Решетка и ножи не отшлифованы и не притерты к друг другу. Перемалывать мясо такая мясорубка не будет. Мясорубки не красят, краска не должна вступать в контакт с пищевыми продуктами. Короче, все херня, переделывай.

А почему не засверлил либо в валу шнеке нарезать резьбу для фиксации ручки ,либо за,верлить в ругке в торце с углувленнием в вал шнек зажимать ручку наизнанку поставил нож ,ставитсярежущей частью к сетке ,а в целом сделал из старухи дев твенницу 5 балов !!!

Would make a nice display piece, otherwise if the intent was to use it , it’s terrible. You’d be better off sand blasting the body , worm, retainer, and handle and replating them, honing the grind plate and sharpening the knife , oh and having the knife in correctly does wonders. And why not replace or at k Least straighten the handle rod? By the looks of it this was a bait grinder on a crab boat, and may have spent some time under water. It should have been treated with a salt remover like salt b gone or something like that. But like I said it’ll make a nice display piece

I feel like this could have gone better. The paint job was messy and lazy. The bar to the handle was bent. I get not having expensive tools to do this but take it slow and have some pride.
