Vevor Crankcase splitter and crank install tool set s.vevor.com/bfQRcM Code for Promotion: Use VVPROMO to get 5% OFF
In this video I tackle this Yamaha TZR 125 engine to split the crankcase and reinstall the crank using this Vevor Crankcase tool. It would have been impossible to do this job without this tool and saves from doing any damage to the engine. Check it out.

For your information, the crank is not bent, Its just the threads at the end which shouldn't affect anything. If it does, we'll replace it.

Always good to get new tools. Today I rebuilt a petrol power washer i got for nothing, hadn't worked in years. Had some help from KZfaq 😊 Think I'd be too tight to buy this tool and would make something to do the job from bits I'm hoarding.....

Great video Martin. I know next to zero about repairing things like this, but that tool reminded me of a tool I've used many times repairing my push bikes over the years. A crank shaft extraction tool. As you'll know it's the same principal, pushing two pieces of metal apart using a screw. A real pain in the arse if you haven't got one, easy peasy when you have.
