This first video it's not his coz by this tutorial your front wheel can't rotate automatically because there is no rotation allocated and even problem with front wheel even after allocation frame it's still not rotating so after i make duplicate of back wheel and put at front after its working properly

try to reduce poly count because too many polygons with a modifier , probably caused due to your pc not being able to handle the polygons
