It signals clear disgust (mixed maybe with a bit of contempt?), by the nose wrinkling and the raised cheeks and lips. The first time he did it may not have not been related to Jihope, but the second time it's suspicious because it's quicker and more subtle. However, he is also seems very tired so who knows. 4:28 is plain weird! What is with that "smile"? I don't know what is happening here, but why would 2 friends have so much tension between them? In a lot of these moments, V appears genuinely hurt/sad/dissapointed (?). At 5:04, in the same event, V also had to do the "manly mission" with Jimin, and his reaction is also suspicious, he seemed flustered or something. Anyway, I believe V was/is romantically attracted to J-Hope, I mean his reactions are quite telling, and I think it's mutual. There is something really fishy between them, like they know they have feelings for each other, but maybe didn't actually date... or are trying to cover something.

Can I share some thought about V-Hope here? I think the two of them had a really strained relationship during some time, you could see it especially at 1:50, when Hoseok hadn't even looked at Taehyung and him moving to the other side, next to Jungkook. I've seen this plenty other times, where Hoseok kind of ignored his dongsaeng and Taehyung being not very happy about it (I could see it on his face). When I saw these kind of things, it broke my heart but I'm happy that lately they came back together. Of course, they're not having as much skinship as they had in the beginning, but at least now I can't feel the restrain in their relationship this time. So whenever I see them together, it swells up my heart with joy, because I feel those moments are rarely these days.
