Kaskad (may be a diffirent one) was a unit compromised by the KGB in 1981 to 1991, primiarily for Afghanistan.

I'm still curious on why it was featured in this song! Even if Afghanistan is four countries away from Palestine, Maybe they heard it somewhere from a jew and decided to put it in because it sounds great I guess? What are y'all thoughts about this one?

@@Manhattan_Indiesi talked with my russian teacher about this (she is from Tbilisi but lives in my country now), and she said that in the caucasus, in soviet times, it was not seen as a jewish song but as a normal popular song. Even non-jews would sing and play it, and treating it like a song from their own culture

This isn't tankist, this is kaskad. Tankists version of chakvardak is way way way more different then this version and doesnt have the hava nagila part
