On the questioning Carl’s sobriety point it wasn’t only the fact that Lindsey said it while drunk it was the fact that she tripled down on it the next day and the next week (neither of those times was she drunk). Kyle negotiates the cast contracts/pay. He’s the unofficial producer of the show. It’s obvious the show is going to gloss over his behavior. Not just this season, but collectively over the 8 years. That’s what Kyle was so emboldened to go after Lindsay during the reunion. He knew production would cut it favorably for his benefit. I’m not an Amanda fan but no wife deserves the spoiled Bethenny Frankel wannabe who is Kyle.

I think Harry is a good guy that makes horrible decisions. I believe he is good, wants to be good, but wants to do what he wants to do more. It's likely this is all just a self esteem issue. Harry needs to be admired, adored, desired, validated. And he is willing to lie and cheat in order to get that need met, even though he knows it's wrong. I do think he had remorse for what he did to Jess but also can't emotionally handle taking responsibility for his actions. So instead he lies.
