This song is my second release and has been years in the making. I wrote it back in 2014 while living in California. It was supposed to be released under my other rap name “Apollo” but in 2018 I changed some of the lyrics to make it cohesive as a self-release. I wanted to create a classic story that would grab the attention of the listener so I chose the story of throwing sea stars back into the ocean which really fit at the time living in Los Angeles.
I got the beat from premiumbeat.com and it was professionally produced, tracked, mixed, and mastered by David James of Double D productions. I don’t have much money to promote so I’m hoping to get an opportunity wherever I can. Before paying for promoting I will be investing in my website at EricLeo.org
