Ladies we need you all...Everyone has been aging it seems faster than usual. We and need anti-cortisol training. Magnesium-rich foods like dark leafy greens and legumes might be beneficial and Chamomile herb tea in the evenings along with oxygenated fresh air while sleeping should be helpful. 20 min of exercise daily.

While I appreciate VP Harris, a HUGE opportunity was left on that stage. There is an almost endless list of talking points and things she could’ve mentioned and brought attention to that this country is facing and that too many people either know nothing or very little about….and she really only mentioned one issue. So, the chance to inform and educate a key audience was missed as was the chance to create a media narrative about those talking points and social media ready sounds bites. The lack of messaging and management of such is absolutely astounding. This is how and why it’s so hard for democrats to win elections….even in the face of a Republican Party and other such dire forces seeking to destroy democracy, threaten our national security, take us all back to the 1800s, etc. All things considered, the Democrats should literally be up 30-40 points in the polls. But no democrat dares mention that. Obama is the only democrat in the last 30 years that has run a campaign worth a damn and the democrats learned absolutely nothing from it. I am voting for the Democratic ticket, no doubt. But, the party NEVER gets it together.
