As Taji embarks on his trip to Vegas, he decides it makes the most sense to gamble his tiny production budget in order to win big and have the ultimate Las Vegas experience. But since this is a risky manoeuvre, he recruits the help of a notorious card counter who offers him tips and tricks to have an advantage at the Blackjack table.
After a quick tutorial, Taji and the card counter enter a casino in disguise, but things don’t quite go according to plan…
After losing everything Taji cannot afford to stick around, and what follows is his attempt to make it back to Sin City by way of a haunted Clown Motel, and a brothel.

Out of all the humorous Vice segments, this one has the most genuineness and openness. He’s always open minded and let’s others share their ideals without worry of it being ascribed to his view as well. This lets him have an extra amount of freedom in navigating conversations with these wild people. Generally, he might be our US-based, friendly - if not a bit shy - cousin of Louie Theroux.

I agree Taji is the only reason I ever watch vice. He's not like some of the other people I've seen in some of the other vice mini-documentaries, most of them are condescending, elitist-minded, spoiled kids that're in their late 20s or so but still act like the spoiled rich kids they were in their teens who probably had parents that not only paid for their 6 years at college earning a 4 year degree, along with an apartment that was way nicer than what they needed, a new car, spending money, and even when they didn't get their first job until age 21 (to list under experience for future jobs) they didn't even have to start paying their own insurance or cell phone bill to learn the importance of budgeting their money, valuing things that they had to pay for with money they earned, and overall just having responsibilities besides making passing grades for classes that are mostly useless in preparing them for the world... who are totally the type of 29 year Olds that would get a flat tire and sit there on the side of the road, helplessly panicking, and the only thing they know to do is to call their parents and ask THEM what to do! Then after talking to parents who failed to teach them to put on a spare tire in the first place (one of the many practical and essential pieces of knowledge everyone should have by the time they're entering adulthood) they say "ok calm down if you don't know how to call triple A then I'll do it for you I wouldn't want you to learn how to do something for yourself) then after deciding that it's time to "find themselves" at age 30 (their trust funds are half spent so their rich dad urges them to figure something out that will actually earn them money other than just keep spending it) so they somehow convince the people at vice that they're "journalists" and get the job not because they actually are, but because they have the hipster look, identify as "open minded" liberals not because theyve done their own research on anything political, and certainly not because they're actually open minded people (quite the opposite really) but because they've heard the opinions of equally ignorant/uninformed peers who regurgitate BS fake/spun "news" they watched on CNN, the propaganda kings of the USA (who's biggest rival for the propaganda king title is undoubtedly MSNBC, another narrative pushing, truth suppressing, billionaire-psycho-globalist owned, anti truth TV) and form their opinions around propaganda that they REALLY BELIEVE IS THE TRUTH and vice hires them because that kind of person is exactly what they want because they know anyone who thinks for themselves, questions things that make no sense or point out the constant contradictions that one could easily spot in MSM but many simply choose not to, and they know they can count on people like that to spread propaganda, take a story they cover and spin the truth to no longer represent the truth but instead to appear to support the propaganda..... sorry for my rant but I can't believe I used to think vice was legitimate in any way even in this video so much was spun to appear one way when it's not what actually happened

It cracks me up when I hear card counters and professional card players talk about it. It's always "I know a guy" or "one of my friends" got beat up or had his eye gouged out. It's never the person you're talking to. It's always an anecdotal, second hand story. I know this is satire but even in serious shows or KZfaq videos it's funny.

She was amazing, lovely and informative. If I ever visit Vegas, should’ve done while living in the states, I’ll definitely visit Sheri’s. I have however experienced legal sex work in Amsterdam but the experience there was a lot more commercial and short compared to how detailed it looked at the resort.

To be honest, Las Vegas seems like an incredibly sad and depressing place to live. The constant allure and illusion of wealth, the scum and crime that crawl the streets, the desperation, the drugs, the list goes on and on. I would try to forget a vacation there immediately afterwards. Just my opinion

don't forget "What happens in Vegas... is found in Lake Mead (which dropping by 10-15 feet per week, and has been for the past decades. The shore line is literally 300+ feet below where the surface water level used to be. They are finding a body on average about every 2-3 week right now as it is drying out and receding in in what was one the deepest part of the lake.

@ablemagawitch 2 жыл бұрын
@@aztechnology7996 I assume you're not from the usa? There's several issues, none of them good. Brief History "Lake Mead" is a Man made lake & water reservoir built in the 1930's(in what was an usual wet period, so a very big oppsie there, in climate history for the desert area, so not counting the Global.climate change into that mistake, because it makes it get even worse. The weather predictions and climate science was still new and no satellites for images yet, those would not get launched until the 1950s's, 2 decades after this was built. There multiple small towns flooded over and deeply submerged as they are with these projects.... which are coming back to above the surface and the river canyon & valley they filled is being seen for the first time in 90 years, An archway of stone that is over 100 feet(33 meters) high you can walk under was 100's of feet below surface in the 1950's through the 1980's, only coming out fully as the lake narrows the shallower it gets, so water drops faster and the lake is miles long and used to be miles wide at Hoover damn. There are plenty of satellite timeline photos and videos to watch. Lake Mead is the water behind famous Hydro Plant "Hoover Dam" one of biggest man made damns that generates electricity for the area and even states around around. Even the water from Lake Mead is Taken to other states, so being in the middle of a desert. Las Vegas with all the Fountains, Pools and lush green golf courses could not exist with LAke Mead which has been loosing water since the 1960's/1970's the lake level is now hundred of feet blow where is was in the 1950's. Las Vegas is close by and was built at midway point by the Mafia(american criminal gang) for people traveling to California. Due to being the "old West" our wild and lawless frontier section during the 1800's and into the 1900's things like prostitution is still legal. There is Las Vegas History here which long reply and lots of videos to watch ... Then there is the Lame Mead Emergency of the lake going so low that many of the drinking water intakes that used to be hundred of feet below the surface are now 50-100 feet above the water level. What used to be so deep no one could scuba dive down there without expensive commercial diving suits, is now dry land 1/4 mile or more from the waterline. So what once though hidden forever in depths is now being exposed and found. Basically the old saying is "What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas" (also was an advertising slogan recalling their legendary party status and how you go back home and no one talked that saw you) as you could have wild good time and your secretes were safe. The organize crime aka Mafia dealt with their own personnel and ""family"" problems and killed people, that ""disappeared"" and they were ether buried some out in the desert which is very hard ground to dig or they were put in barrel filled with rockets or concrete or the feet were put in bucket while concrete dried so the body would be weighted down and not float. (hence the saying "Cement/Concrete Shoes" or "they sleep with the fishes" for being disposed of in water), Then throw off a boat late at night, no cameras back then aimed at the lake 24/7..... So there were probably some criminals that committed "capital" crimes" in the criminal world and received their death sentence. There were also people that went missing and drowned and their bodies weren't able to be found/recovered due to the lake's depth. Except now that lake depth and Flooded Canyons are now back to where the water was when they were starting to fill what would become very large lake. As the water is dropping 10-15 feet some weeks (3-5 meters) and has been for 40+ years things once on the bottom of the lake our now on dry land or in very shallow water. They're finding boats that sank, and videos show them rising up just under the surface, then week later the boat is out of the water but the ground is still wet/muddy to walk on, then in 1-2 weeks you can walk up to the boat as it is on dry land a distance from the water. There is good father and son youtubers channel on called "Sin City Outdoors" with weekly videos showing water levels which will amaze you. This land is being explored and searched for items and they finding rusted barrels that have bodies in them, the police are called, they find skeleton's in the water, the police are called, its been 3-5 bodies since spring 2022 being found type rapidness. Los Vegas is called Vegas for short, So the saying of "what Happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas" which was even an advertising slogan, is changed with gallows style humor to "What Happens in Vegas...., is now found in Lake Mead" as all the sins of the past are now back at the surface. The police have hard time as missing persons could be anywhere from the 1930's up to 2022, they have to go by body decay and missing tissue and any fabric that remain hoping to narrow down the decade at least for fashion. I hope that answers it some, if not search for Videos on "Lake Mead" watch any with pictures of old boats out of the water on land that look like they were underwater for years.... or that mention body found.... as I suggested a good channels is "Sin City Outdoors" they do non clickbait honest videos showing you watch the film ed last week and show in the video where the water line/level was just 5-7 days ago and fast and far it has fallen. Then go back out again and repeat. There is even one where guy with house boat has an engine probable and before he could get the part his boat went from being shallow water to up on a dry hill, which that is only home and they Park Service was telling move in ($20,000 to get back to the water that was there the same week) or they would smash into pieces and haul it away....I'll let see how that story unfolds in the videos. how he went from being in lake on house boat to it being up on hill as cabin by the lake was scary fast. I'll try to post a link to their channel in 2nd reply but they can disappear into spam moderation and never get approved if youtube doesn't like url. and this news station doesn't approve spam filtered comments at all. So sorry for not being able to link to sources for you. Las Vegas has plenty of documentary and facts about Vegas videos to amuse you for weeks if you want also.

@@aztechnology7996 Glad I can help, this is "interesting history period in the USA. The Media played up to sensational their crimes like they do with mass shooters (which some of these criminals were) but they also portrayed them as heroes robbing crooked banks, they were fore closing taking people's farms and homes that just couldn't find work, there was no welfare system yet, so taking the bank's money was viewed as being Modern Robin Hood. Famously refusing to take money a customer had on the counter about to make a deposit, saying we're here for the bank's money sir, not your's, sliding back towards them in the robbery. then multiple Famous Jail break outs.... It real history although it sounds like it came from Hollywood , which has had a love affair of remaking the films about them every 10-20 years for new younger generations. But Let me start you off on the pinnacle of Gangster Mafia films, if you haven't heard of "The God Farther" Film Trilogy which is about the mafia , which is critically acclaim (and with won far too many many awards to list) film series of 3 films from Director Francis Ford Copula. A very high quality famous Director here in USA. Trailer for the first ""God Father" film , which just had a 50 year re-release in theaters and in 4k video quality , see kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i8eGh6x5ndPZmnU.html then look at others trailers and clips on yubetube, its that good. You've probably have heard the quotes from it, even if you haven't seen it. The 1st film is must see the 2nd and 3rd are great but the first is above and beyond about "Family" Don't ever side against the Family... Then there a bunch of films about the 1920's and 1930's era of gangsters of Bank Robbery(came after the famous train robber old west period in the 1800's outlaws) it was during our Great depression period and there was no federal/county police yet. So to escape all you had to do was make it across the state's border and their law enforcement couldn't touch you.... You'll find films about this period of "Prohibition" of Alcohol drinking was briefly illegal with the 18th amendment to the Constitution of the country for about a decade, which gave us organized crime syndicates aka gangs. Which The criminals became heroes in media and many films were made about them over the years, search for "Bonnie and Clyde" (famous bank robbers and the press sensationalize them for readers make them famous, There was "Baby Face Nelson" , "Al Capone", "The Saint Valentines Day Massacre" (the Tommy gun of WW2 & Call of Duty fame was used and became known as "The Chicago Typewriter" for how fast it fired like type writer keys striking the paper) , "Dillinger" who was good looking, intelligent, and worked the press as much as it used him, which all have had multiple films made about them see for example "Public Enemies" (2009) with Johnny Depp kzfaq.info/get/bejne/h56ogsqAnMXJhGw.html There is musical "Chicago" made into a film 2002 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/b6uglLCeq5-7hok.html about the Gangster/Mafia Controled City and its love of crime. So, "I'll make you an offer you can't refuse" .... "Leave the gun and take the Cannoli".... and explore the film "The Godfather". kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Z95getN2v9TbkWw.html (1972) and it is still talked about and quoted.
