I have loved him from the beginning. If you look back to his first videos he would give an explanation of the rug how he found it where it was going. It was so great. I have told him many times he needs to start doing that again. But I don’t know if it’s the growth that happened so fast or what. He was so innocent and charming about his rugs and showed how much he cares. I have not seen one at all like that. He just stopped doing it. Now it goes right to cleaning and all we get is a little script that reads like someone is paying him to write it. He was so genuine. I just hope it’s not the fame from it all. I still love watching his videos but the ones that he posted when he started doing this we’re amazing.

6:10 that poor pump was having trouble keeping up. But my deepest sympathy for the home that rug came from, JUST think of the clean up they are undertaking in the rest of their home.

You could put a show on the road with this one. "James and his amazing color changing rug!" Seriously, each washing made that rug change colors, it was impressive. So satisfying as well to see something come in that was more mud than rug, but leave looking like it was just bought at the store!

I know you probably have had TONS of comments like this. I am from the US and I am just obsessed with your videos. I've looked at reviews of your company as well. You seem to be at the top of the game. I just wanted to say thank you for the hours and hours of entertainment. AND, if I ever make it across the pond, your company is at the top of my list. One of my favorite rug cleans. And also it wasn't a biohazard (at least it didn't look like it), pure mud. My favorite was the "plop" sounds from the floor squeegee, like icing a cake with mud frosting 🤣

One of the best transformations....one of the few times where I was shook I never would've guessed the colour of the rug seeing the huge pile of mud....it was surprising to see the nice yellowish orangey colour

My grandma had a bathroom rug just like this except it was avacado green and mustard yellow. We used to hang it on the fence and beat the hell out of that rug once a week before she would soak it in the tub with warm water and Woolite. Then it would take twi of us to wring out all the wash water, hang it on the clothes line, and rinse it with the hose. It was a lot of work but she had that rug for at least 45 years that I know of. She still had it in 2017 when she passed away at the age of 102.

I cant imagine how good I would feel if I'm that rug . So dirty and muddy , then some random guy came and give you a free bath, turning you from dirty to brand new . Also every time I watch this , I feel extremely satisfying , Thank u for the nice vid =)

I spent nearly the entire video wondering if the rug was orange or mustard yellow. In the end results it looks yellow but I still can't be sure. Anyway, great job, James.

Same! There is always a slight color difference depending on which camera is being used. The one down by the water trough always seems a little off compared to the others. It keeps us guessing!

Amazing job of cleaning! I was surprised by the soggy, muddy blob that came out of the bag at the start of the video. I am always amazed by the colors of all the rugs that come out as you clean them. What is the story behind naming your tools? I noticed the new one, Lu-Squeegee.
