I totally agree with your analysis about Viktor Entertainment. I also think that the USA music industry doesn’t care about real talent, they just focus on earning easy money. Other two examples are Nightwish and Epica, from Europe, that many people are just discovering through KZfaq reaction channels. I discovered Lovebites, Band-Maid, Nemophila, Unlucky Morpheus, Galneryus, Show-Ya, Versailles, Gacharic Spin, etc., by watching KZfaq reaction channels. I bought the Blue-Rays of the concerts “Daughters of the dawn”, “Five of a kind” and “Heavy metal never dies”, and also the CD “Electric Pentagram”, that includes the DVD of their performance at Wacken. I purchased them in Amazon Japan (quiet expensive, including shipping to Mexico City, but delivery service was excellent).

You are spot on. The U.S. music industry is worse than you know. They have successfully lobbied for laws and policies that make it expensive for foreign artists to perform here. So entertainment is a protected industry, even more than steel or petroleum.

You're absolutely speaking from my heart, in all your points. Let's hope your video reaches someone responsible at Victor Entertainment, and they reconsider their approach. They're not even on Amazon Prime in Germany. No Lovebites at all. Fami is! But no Lovebites. I am one of the last dinosaurs who occasionally buys physical content, but it was extremely difficult to get the three available concert DVDs. You can buy them from the Lovebites online shop, which is--characteristically--divided into separate sections for Japanese and overseas customers. Why? To get anything from there, you have to buy through a middleman company that buys the stuff from the label and sells it on to overseas customers, and of course they take a cut for their service. (They are reliable though.) Why? And why is the Abyss pandemic concert not available anymore, even as a DVD? There was a very limited run of that DVD, and now it's *poof* gone and has become a rarity: the DVD trades for unbelievable $700 or so on eBay. All you can get from Amazon in Germany is the studio albums, at least it was like that last year when I discovered the band. Same with merch. In the rest of the world merch and concerts and subscriptions is where the money is. Most of the merch in the online shop for overseas is old or not available; again the Japanese audience seems to get preferential treatment. You cannot join the fanclub--Japanese only. I don't know if this is incompetence or xenophobia, but it's gotta change. The members are doing far more to promote the band than the label. They might as well go independent, but probably they're owned, i.e. tied up in contracts, and could not do that even if they wanted do. It has reached the stage where I'm angry at Victor Entertainment for their treatment of non-Japanese fans. And where are the overseas tours? All there was, if I recall correctly, was one European tour in 2018, some festival appearances in 2018 and 2019 and an Asian tour, China and Singapore if I recall correctly. Many reactors have already said that should Lovebites come to the US, for instance, they would go. I understand that an overseas tour is a financial investment, but the label just doesn't seem interested any longer. For example, I also follow a semi-unknown Korean female rock band called Rolling Quartz, and with one EP and a few singles under their belt they were flown over to Washington to play at an anime/otaku convention. Lovebites is far superior in quality, and they get neglected by their label? Maybe something happened in 2020? An incompetent executive became responsible for them?

All their CD albums are available on every amazon I checked, but DvDs and merch are only obtainable through japanese retailers. To be fair regarding tours, we had this whole covid situation going on, before that Lovebites did come to Europe a few times, hopefully they get to resume those activities soon.

It’s not only a Lovebites problem, it’s an issue that plagues all the Japanese bands with some international ambitions and following, although in the Lovebites case, the neglect from the management-label is extreme: the band has a sizable following ( along with BABYMETAL, Band-Maid) it’s the most famous “tradition “ modern metal band from Japan, they have played in Europe numerous times with success, including the most prestigious metal festivals in Europe and the label did literally nothing to promote them even after all the success. The promotion of the band is literally done by the fans themselves at the social media and especially, accidentally, by the KZfaq reaction scene. The band has international following, the songs are in English, but Japanese almost exclusively is used for communication even when the content and context is for the fans globally. It’s inexcusable. Zero thought about approaching markets outside Japan, zero effort about merch affordable and approachable from the international fans (and in English at least (!)) not a thought about selling their live DVD from international outlets like iTunes or streaming services. Only JPU Records does admirable effort, but they are a small, boutique label. The situation needs to change ASAP and now with Fami on board they must take advantage of the opportunity and do a full reboot of their marketing efforts. Because whatever they are doing not only it isn’t working, it is starting to alienating people.

Alessandro Arrigo, Why you think Finnvox Studios are top notch for Lovebites, have you ever listened to Studio versions from Lovebites, The overall sound mix is utter bullshit , The band sounds live 10 times better than all the Studio recordings , and then the live sound most people like to hear most is also crap , or do you really think a Stereo mix of the 2 Guitarists makes sense when you at the venue if you stand far right you can't hear Midori and vice versa , it is not a record/CD nor a dvd you hearing , and if you need headphones to hear all what is going on in the Mix , well than , the Mix is Bullshit. In my opinion they should go for the live sound for their Studio recordings and change the Studio there are much better options than the Finns . BTW going to the Finns why they have mixed a lot of Bands in the Genre does not mean it fit Lovebites , While their overall Style is in my opinion Iron Maidenish, maybe the should look at the Guys doing the recordings and live mixes for them it would have made more sense .

BABYMETAL, a three-piece girl metal unit at the time, opened the five U.S. leg of popular American singer Lady Gaga's "Art Rave: The Art Pop Ball" world tour. At that time, Lady Gaga watched the group's performance and offered advice. Subsequently, it was decided that simultaneous promotion in Japan and the U.S. would be offered on the Amazon Digital Music Store. From there, recognition in the USA increased at an accelerated pace. USA's very famous Justin Bieber took an interest and helped popularize "PPAP (Pen - Pineapple - Apple - Pen) Piko Taro" worldwide. The reality is that the most successful way for Japanese artists to succeed in the USA is to get USA super-famous musicians interested, get a little help, and get USA promoters interested. It seems that the door is wide open for Japanese artists in the U.S., but it is not. In particular, USA promoters are not very interested in metal music, and may not have a good image of it.

Yes, I agree. Lovebites is the best addition to metal music since probably Megadeth era. They should really be a common household name to anyone who likes metal or hard rock music. Overall, yes, they have been under promoted. The wolfpack carriers this burden and has helped promote them across KZfaq by recommending them to reaction channels. The bright side is they got a huge boost in subscribers and video views since the announcement of Fami joining the band and the announcement of their new album. So let us all celebrate that together and watch Lovebites continue to grow.

I think you are being kinda nit-picky. They are not doing everything exactly as we want them to, but that is not a reasonable expectation. I think they are doing a pretty good job so far, but they could always be doing more as far as the fans are concerned. We want a world tour. We want an International Fan Club. We want easier access to buy their merch. I think all these things will happen eventually, but it takes time. The Japanese are risk-averse. They don't gamble with their business decisions. Until they are 100% sure Lovebites is a solid investment, they will not make any big moves. I think we are on the verge of this, so wait and see what happens. Wolfpack keeps growing around the world, and they are taking notice of it. The album sales of "Judgement Day" will be very important for the future direction of Lovebites.

This is my opinion as a Japanese . Japan's music market is the second largest in the world. Therefore, domestic demand in Japan was sufficient. In the past, Japanese bands tried to expand into the world, but most of them ended in failure, except for LOUDNESS. That may be one reason. Times have changed and tools such as KZfaq have made it possible to reach out to people who are interested without putting too much effort into advertising. By the way, neither LOVEBITES nor BAND MAID are well known in Japan. Even so, more and more foreigners know about them. In a sense, the label's strategy may be correct. And there is one thing that everyone needs to keep in mind about Japanese culture. I live in Japan (I'm not Japanese) and so I can tell you that Japanese companies generally believe that quality is most important and that if you make a great quality product (or music) then the customer will come to you. Lovebites are not being promoted as I would like to see them (here in the U.S.). It's disappointing when there is such a blatantly obvious talented band producing epic music, and they are pointed at Japan for promotion. I would love to see them break into the crappy western music market currently overloaded with pop, rap, hip-hop, country. I'm not sure if it's the band members themselves that are not coming to the states, or if it is Victor. Is it due to the cost of touring internationally? Or is this simply how the Japanese music industry is? I have yet to hear Lovebites on the radio in the states. The concert is by a lottery system which is something I am not used to in the states.

I would blame the japanese music industry in general and to a certain extent Japanese culture as well, these companies are always run by older people with older views and ideals, due to the japanese culture of always respecting elder and seniors, etc, the young people that have good ideas are ignored or looked down on for rebelling against the elders, as a result we get a music industry that is stuck in the past.

You are missing a big piece of it. Unlike Europe, where most countries are open to artists, the U.S. is a protected market. Visas for performing artists (music, theatre, dance etc) are a special class that are extraordinarily hard to get, the tax policies make it impossible to make money, and customs enforcement makes it difficult even to bring your own equipment into the country. The only major markets in the world that are as restrictive are Iran (for religious reasons) and China (for political reasons). Our restrictions don't even have that kind of excuse. It's just to protect our hopelessly bad pop music industry. Couple that with Victor's basic conservatism and lack of initiative, and you have a pretty steep uphill climb. Just FYI, the recent extremely successful, instantly sold-out 14 city Band-Maid tour, did not make any money.

Hi Nano Good points and discussions. I am all the way on the your side and everyones opinion here so far. But we also have to consider and take note of some side informations about the band members and the last years: FIrst of all the pandemic slowed everything down. Yes, there were two shows in 2020 and 2021 but with extremley limitations. Also keep in mind that the members were divided and were not able and allowed to met very often in that time. And yes, you could do and I think they had done that, jam sessions online. Then as far as I know Miyako and Asami were pregnant in that time and brought birth to their children. There were also marriages (Asami/Miyako) in that time. Midori has done a lot of her gym activities through that time and she also won a second prize on a contest that she had trained very intensive. Miyako designed a new amp series for orange. Btw. all of them are very active on twitter. For example Asami is writing and producing songs for other bands (for example Lonesome_blue) together with Mao (also Lovebites Producer). Then later last year they started the new bassist auditions. So maybe as Pablo MG already mentioned. Maybe they were more busy with their real lifes the last 2 years than we thought. Maybe VE wanted to protect them to do their real life stuff or wanted to protect them from burnout ? We do not know. I just wanted to bring this points into the discussions. But yes, VE needs to do more on them if they are ready to do so. They deserve more.

Those are obviously valid points, and things I considered mentioning, but didnt end up doing. Although I have some counter points, for example, in regards to covid, as you said the band wasnt able to be together very often and concerts were limited, that is all the more reason they should have a stronger online presence. Victor could have made way more posts on social media and specifically here on youtube, we are talking about activity that didnt need the members to come together, for example, releasing drumcam videos, its something that is already filmed and rotting away in a harddrive somewhere, releasing shorts here on youtube, again, something that was done by the members, alone at their homes, etc Basically theres a lot that victor can do that doesnt put an extra burden on the members, while they are busy with their lifes.

Oh, poor man. I agree with you. I love your logical opinion. This is just my opinion as a Japanese. You might know Victor Entertainment Japan has a bunch of musicians. And almost these songs are made of Japanese lyrics. Lovebites is a rare case in these. The management is not used to how to promote them overseas and there is not enough staff who can do that maybe. I guess one promoter has to care for a lot of musicians. And I think especially Lovebites, it would be difficult for he/she to do it because of rare case and language. And the company is not small. So their actions are slow and they can not adopt to new things quickly I think. But there is a benefit that musicians can focus on just music if they are on a label. (Maybe) UnluckyMorpheus and Nemophila have not contracted any music labels. They are independent label and they do all things themselves even though there’re some tough things. So their action is quick and flexible and it’s just only way to live. And it definitely need a good visionary leader like Siren or Saki.

Hey, first of all thank you for all the work you do translating things for the overseas metal community. I think I do understand the problems pretty well, what I dont understand is why they decide to debut a band and think english lyrics is all they need to do. Now, as to the point of Lovebites being an exception with being one of the few artists that sing in english in hopes to enter another market, well, Victor Entertainment just debut a new metal band (Lonesome_Blue) which again they are trying to promote to the outside with english lyrics (written by Asami). So now that they have two metal bands they want to be successful internationally, maybe its time to a person or team to specifically work with these 2 bands and help them. Unlucky Morpheus is indeed an independent band, not sure as to Nemophila as I dont really follow them, my understanding is that they started independently but are now signed with some company? But indeed these bands being independent and having control over how they market themselves is really good, perhaps if the bigger companies arent willing to do the work they should just let their musicians do it then...

Promoting a band that hasn't released any new product for a while is usually seen as a waste of money. Miho left the band in August 2021, the only "new" product was a best of album, a year ago and since then nothing. Two band members have got married and had children. COVID-19 has made international touring a risky proposition, and gigs in Japan have been restricted in various ways. So the new album next year is practically a re-launch - we have yet to see if they change musical direction or keep on with what they have been doing. As for the target audience - due to their musical style choices they're not going to get much further than existing heavy metal and hard rock fans, and many younger metal heads are more into nu-metal and metalcore as opposed to the old school and classical influenced metal Lovebites do. Just how much money Victor Entertainment want to put behind such a band is unlikely to be enough to satisfy the fanbase, but unless Lovebites becomes hugely popular I can't see VE spending any more than they have to.

We live in a time where people have short attention spans and quickly move on to something else, so I always argue that artists should strive to keep a strong presence, especially when there is nothing happening. As for audiences I dont think it matters what people are interested in, people can quickly fall in love with something they didnt know they liked, but if they arent being shown this band, then they obviously will never be fans. Its better to show a band to 100 people than to show them to just 10. As an example there is myself, I'm not a huge metal head, if fact while i've heard of many of the bands Lovebites is influenced by, I never really cared to listen to them, one they I stumbled upon a Lovebites reaction and fell in love immediately. Another example is me completely hating metal with screams/harsh vocals, but yet again falling in love with bands like Unlucky Morpheus and Hanabie.

The sad thing is, around the time Clockwork Immortality was released if I remember correctly , they had a distribution (and maybe marketing) deal with Nuclear Blast. NUCLEAR BLAST! Obviously that went nowhere. The reason I suppose is that no European executive would want to waste time promoting an unknown non-European band, having to deal with all the absurdity having to deal with Japanese management and marketing that entails, in addition with the obvious disinterest of Victor to do anything meaningful for their artists for the international market. I mean, Nuclear Blast of course would not waste any money promoting the artist of another label when that label refuses to invest in their own talent. JPU Records is the ONLY label willing to promote them and they do, because the person(s) running and managing the company are fans. But JPU is a small boutique label not a big label and management company and they basically do distribution. The fact that they do marketing at all is astonishing. The sad thing is, a big budget or something special is not needed. All they had to do is promote the band in the already popular platforms, in English. Look what Nemophila has done: a torrent of covers and original videos published on KZfaq, free and payed concerts during the pandemic on KZfaq, distributing their first album in Europe, a founding member tries to communicate in English for the benefit of the fans, she even appeared at Herman Lee’s Twitch stream to promote Nemophila and her own work! The Lovebites albums are barely available in digital music platforms and their live videos are completely unavailable, with the only exception Heavy Metal Never Dies that’s available in JPU Records. That’s unacceptable. They have an “international fan club “ only in Japanese , basically unreachable from the international fans and their distribution of physical products (cd, t-shirts and other merch) almost impossible for the international fans to find and buy and more expensive to boot, if/when the fans manage to navigate stores in Japanese , in unfamiliar platforms, paying more for shipping and other costs. If I was a Victor investor I would be pissed, I would want the heads of the CEO and the marketing department on a platter for all these unacceptable failures. Lovebites is a band with European style Power/Thrash metal music, with vocals and lyrics in English, that toured Europe with success in the past and the label and management does nothing with it. Nothing. They don’t even have the English lyrics on their live dvd’s. Nothing. The fans are doing the promoting themselves , with the KZfaq reaction scene and the band’s management doesn’t even bothering to communicate about the band and n English. I mean, fans are trying to figure out from google translate (!) what the members of the band or the management try to promote or communicate in Japanese only(!). That’s not sustainable. If things continue, the band will have lost a unique opportunity and the band’s popularity and influence will wane and they will end up like Aldious, touring in Japan to a standard audience, without further reach and without bigger influence and profits.

It seams to be such a need to control over their revenue that there is an unwillingness to sale their products via third parties outside of Japan. But here's the thing if you want to criticize that Japan still buys so much physical media......without that it's likely Lovebites would not exist. One of the reasons Japan's rock and metal scene is so fantastic (aside from the high number of incredible musicians) is because new bands can actually earn a living by selling their music and making money from people actually paying to listen to their albums (what a crazy radical concept). This allows a young band to be professional musicians and develop their craft and a fan base. How it used to work. Just look at the piss poor state of music in general in the west where everyone streams their music. And especially how dead in the water rock and metal are in the West. It's now so difficult for a young new band in the West to actually earn a living (they can't charge over inflated prices for concert tickets like the legacy bands do) so that they would have a hope in hell of building a fan base and honing their craft. Or even surviving long enough to get any wider recognition or popularity.
@nanoscorner6976

I didnt really criticize that Japan still buys physical media, I do find it odd. What I did criticize is that these Japanese labels that want their artists to have international success, shouldnt expect the outside to adapt to their market, but should instead adapt to the outside market. Making the concerts available to stream online in international platforms, wouldnt really hurt the sale of their physical media, in fact I am pretty positive they would just make more money, as the Japanese fans that are used to physical media would still be buying it, and the overseas fans would buy digital media, because its more convenient and cheaper than importing a physical product. Keep in mind that distribution of digital media is also much cheaper than distribution of physical media, as there is no production or transportation of a physical product. As an example lets look into HMND DvD vs Streaming from JPUrecords. HMND DvD price on CDJapan = 33€ HMND VoD Price on JPUr = 22€ The 33€ of the physical product are divided by a bunch of 3rd parties, Jp gov, CDJ, Production and distribution costs, etc, so in the end how much money does Lovebites/Victor make from those 33€, I can't know for sure, but I wouldnt be surprise if the Digital VoD of 22€ would be more actual profit. Also the fan buying the physical product still has to additional costs such as shipping and in my case import taxes, so for me with the cheapest shipping option it would cost actually 65€, between that and the 22€ I will pick the cheapest option any time as it is the optimal way of supporting the band in my case.

@Sabundy Жыл бұрын
@@fenrir6721 Yes. You are correct. I should have specified the US as being where it's dead in the water. But he did specifically call buying physical media "odd". I was not addressing Victor's handling of anything. You may have noted that I didn't even mention Victor. I was pointing out that Lovebites.....as well as the whole all women Japanese scene in part exists because of the musicians being able to make a living selling music. And thus having the ability to develop an audience and hone their craft. Thus there is nothing "odd" about most people in Japan buying physical media. I live in Japan btw.....It's about respecting the artists and paying for their music. Thus ensuring a bigger piece of the pie goes to the artists. It's how a system should work. The width and breadth of the Japanese music scene in general, and it's rock and metal scene in particular is proof of that. The bigger question is how does Lovebites succeed outside of Japan? You ask who benefits if people pirate the music? Obviously no one ..but given the crumbs any band makes from streaming.....they aren't benefitting from that either. So let's say Lovebites streams their music and then goes on tour. How do they make money exactly? They will get near nothing from streaming. They can't charge inflated ticket prices like the legacy bands do (a result of them making no money from streaming). And it costs money to tour and they have no name recognition. Not to mention they play a genre of music that has fallen out of favour in the mainstream of most of the world. In comparison to how well they can do in Japan. The world's second largest music market. Not saying they can't or won't. I'm just saying that I kind of see why they might not bother. But certainly you guys are right that a far better job of promotion online and on KZfaq and various other media sites can and should be done. As good marketing is the one way they could grow their audience large enough to justify the cost of touring more internationally. So I wasn't saying he was "wrong" in criticizing the lack of good promotion by Victor. I was addressing the fact that the Japanese scene exists due to its unique market. Clearly the challenge lies in how to translate that to the broader global market.

To answer your opening question - no I don't think Victor Ent. are doing a good job of promoting LOVEBITES internationally. I can not speak for Japan. I do not stream, I do buy DVDs and CDs.

The girls themselves might actually be responsible for social media. If I'm not mistaken nemophila mentioned the band members are doing the social media marketing not management. Also they are salary employees of the management firm.

Doubt that is the case, Miyako especially clearly knows how to manage social media, if she had any say on the bands accounts it would most likely look very differently.

Nano's Corner beats me I'm going off what is being said by fans that follow guygin guys podcast and a American they interviewed currently making a living in japan as a musician sign to a japanese management firm. So if these bands are getting payed as employees they're not starving. Saki herself confirmed band members monitor the social media themselves along with the employee in charge of social media accounts for their band.

Your review has arrived and has been read. You might want to make the video private now. At least for a while. We have to give the record company and the management a few more months. And most importantly, we don't want to spoil the anticipation of the 5 women for their video and the new record, do we? So that would be really nice of you... Click click please 🤫⛔🤭

what are Bandmaid and Nemophila doing differently one has toured the US the other is getting to tour the US.

I can only give my opinion on this, Band-Maid quickly became famous because of their gimmick, the maid outfits, they are also a very fun band with a pop-y sound, their company sucks as much as victor so I cant give credit to them. Nemophila played the youtube game perfectly when everyone was stuck at home, spamming videos quickly made them famous, again they have a sound that might be more uploading and modern than Lovebites. Theres also a big difference in the age of the fans, Lovebites has an older audience while Nemo and Bandmaid have younger fanbases, although Im not really sure that really explains anything.

Ok, just a few numbers about subscribers on KZfaq channels from Metal bands, first are the "Big 3" here in my opinion, and 4 is one of the greatest newcomer in the last years, pretty much like Lovebites, and see their shoking number. And the last are also in business meanwhile since 8 years. Nightwish 1,41 mio subs Within Temptation 1,03 mio subs Epica 367.000 subs Ad Infinitum 23.400 subs 😲😲 Beyond the Black 77.300 subs Lovebites : 85.300 subs so yeah .. i guess we can't compare these types of bands with stupid american pop/hip-hop what is the only thing the industrie in the stats shoves their people in their faces. That beeing said i have the feeling that at least the live videos on KZfaq didn't get constantly deleted anymore, like it happenend in the first time when they started to get popular. So at least their marketing has maybe realised that KZfaq is free marketing and its not really helpful to try to get everything there deleted.

Yes, I also noticed reactors complaining much less about reaction takedowns, it used to be a common complaint a few years ago. I think slowly things will get better, but why does it have to be so slow... we could get things going well so much faster.

@@nanoscorner6976 I sent messages a couple of times to VE to stop blocking YT videos and telling them how important it was to get new fans through YT, so maybe it helped? I will start mentioning to VE that they should work on increasing the band's social media presence and making music more available digitally.

Yes you can criticize the Band Members, even so I don't know the Contract they have with Victor Entertainment nor do I know the Business Law in Japan. Since the Band formed and they wanted to sing in English to get a broader Audiences around the world. Still their official home page is only in Japanese, don't call me out on the few snippets they have in English. There is no activity here on KZfaq and don't call the Bassist audition Videos activity. Since Miho left the Band it went all silent, a lot of Lovebites enthusiasts and myself thought while hearing nothing over 1 year they will don't come back , and a lot of possible Lovbite fans drop the ball and forget about them, and even bother to look back, I am here while I have passion and was interested how it goes with the Ladies , unfortunately I not swing around twitter instagram or other social networks . so I give a shit what they do there. KZfaq is the platform most used and looked at. And nothing until today. And they comeback with announcing Fami, a few weeks later we have a new record in roughly 3 month again waiting , why not announcing the new bassist with the new record or at least with one of the new songs the impact it had would be much greater and my mouth would get watery for the entire thing to get my hands on , okay in 3 month I can get my hands on but to be honest in 3 month I am less interested as I am right now. Oh and don't tell me I am not a true fan , cut the crap . I am not a dog to get apiece of food and wait for another and another to kiss someone's feet or Ass.Yes I am disappointed how the Band handle their fanbase.

You blame your inability to use Amazon JP on Victor Entertainment?

No, I can use Amazon JP just fine, what I cant use is Amazon Prime Video JP, which is region blocked for me, give it a try and tell me how it goes? Again, im talking about buying a digital product for streaming, not the physical DvD/bluray.

KZfaq is the biggest platform where overseas fans are present, I wanted to bring this topic to attention of as many people as possible, and also see if people agree with me or if I would get burned alive.

The Lovebites Band - GREAT! FANTASTIC, the absolute best ever … will be my favorite band of all time forever. The fan experience for International Fans is HORRIBLE. The Lovebites fan club site - could be a great idea, great promotional experiences, great interaction with the band, great information about the band.. For the international fan - HORRIBLE (Even when trying to navigate the site using Google Translate for every page). Reading the content of the fan club site - HORRIBLE. Participating in the giveaways and special promotions - for the international fans - Unable to participate in any of them & HORRIBLE. Ordering things from the Fan Club site - HORRIBLE. The Lovebites management team - HORRIBLE. I was able to order their new album from CD Japan. After trying to order from the fan club site for over 45 minutes (so I could get an autographed poster) I gave up out of frustration and ordered from CD Japan which was disappointing because I would have loved the poster. It’s a shame the HORRIBLE management seems to be keeping the wonderful members of Lovebites (Asami, Fami, Haruna, Midori, Miyako) from international exposure, increased income from merchandise sales, and giving their fans from all over the world a positive fan experience. There is a HUGE amount of improvement that needs to be done to improve the International Fan experience. ** I was able to easily order from Haruna’s store. I’m from the USA and the purchase was enjoyable and easy. Ill purchase from Haruna again in the future. Too bad the Lovebites sites are not as easy to use as Haruna’s store site is.
