The results are somewhat disappointing, with feudal serfs living in never-ending subsistence farms and a population that seems very amenable to slavery and loss of individual rights and freedoms!

I brought this up on the steam discussions and apparently subsistence farms are linked to amount of arable land, and it's pretty bad in China and asian nations. So, time to re-do the experiment in Asia!
