Fine, let's say he didn't want to foster another dog and she brought another dog in anyway. STILL how can you sit there and let an animal, a living breathing being, starve as you feed the other dogs?...

I can’t even eat without making sure my dog has food. I just gave her the rest of mine and some other stuff mixed because we don’t have any food for her at the moment.

I get him, but I feel like he's dealing with the issue wrong. Like, the thought process of "I make this too easy = she will just bring another dog into the house" makes total sense. However! If you're staying with her then you guys need to figure it out in a way that's not harming the dog who didn't ask to be there. If that means breaking up because she's not listening to your valid boundary of not wanting more than four dogs, then that's what it means. It does not mean starving one dog.

Red Flag Red Flag Red Flag! This man's behaviour and how he speaks to his wife and Victoria screams to me sociopathic. His condescending attitude, superiority complex, indifference to suffering of animals, and desire to teach his wife how he wants her to behave by punishing what she loves most are worrying. I wouldn't want to leave my animals alone with someone like him because he does not see them as living creatures, just annoyances to his life. He believes himself as a "teacher" and will use those dogs to "teach" his wife how he wants her to act and behave.

You know - can I just say this?? I wonder if he treated Joey less favourably, because he was less aesthetically pleasing than the other dogs... And he's basically being mean to him because of it...

It's wrong to starve a animal but he should not be forced to foster a animal against his will. his wife should of talked about it with her husband instead of bringing in a foster animal without telling him she should have asked him first . Even though he does not want to foster a animal he should still feed the foster animal like all animals he has in the household. If 1 person in the household does not want to foster any animals then simply talk about it and have the person that does foster animals have most of the responsibility and ask the person that does not want to foster to at least feed the foster animal and help with meds . He is in the wrong for refusing to feed the dog but his wife is also in the wrong for forcing him to foster a dog .
