This home is it! To me, this home is perfect. To get a basement in any home in that area is like getting a 5 ft snowstorm there; not impossible, but extremely rare. Even the price is right because in so many places this is 1.3 mil easy. The master closet does need storage with drawers in it under the hanging space, tho. Other than that, A+++.

I really like this home, very lovely. I would enclose the office space as to allow for soundproofing, privacy,, and to decrease distractions; that's one of the beauties of being able to work from home that is having a quiet office for productivity. Additional spaces like that however for our family would also serve as a prayer area. Thank you 🤲🏾🙏🏽💞🙏🏽🤲🏾

You breezed past it, but one of the most unique features of this home was the staircase to the basement! That has to be one of the most skillful ways I’ve ever seen a sub-level space integrated as true living space. Usually when entering a basement, one feels as though they’re descending into The Depressing Zone - but that staircase makes it an event!The ceiling heights were excellent as well.
