I'm going to say that John Bradley was the commentator. He commentated on all the Leeds games around that time on 96.3 radio aire. Not sure where he is now.

It's a Sky Sports segment called FanZone, the commentator is Bob Tappin and Pie Man is former England player and Sunderland & Leeds manager Peter Reid.

@Finlaymark It's not. It is part of a programme on sky sports called 'Fanzone' in which a fan from each team commentates the match and they always over react like this which is so funny.
