Both Mathew and Bindu make valid points. Mathew Kuzhalnadan's concern is relevant; we need to address it to retain our young talent within the country. However, Bindu's point is also absolutely valid( I think someone with good brains researched this for her). It seems well-researched and highlights a significant issue. One major reason people leave the country is due to a mob mentality; when peers and friends move abroad, others feel socially pressured to follow. We've seen this trend in pursuing engineering and medicine studies in the past. Unfortunately, many who study these courses do not end up working in the same field. Instead, they often find jobs in care homes, as it is easier to get sponsorship visas. The salary in these roles is relatively low, especially considering inflation, and the salary band hasn't changed much. Even though the pay might be higher than in India, the purchasing power is very limited, making it hard to survive. This creates a social issue trapped in a vicious cycle. People only learn the reality once they experience it firsthand!

Politics shall be removed from the colleges and schools. Ensure academically qualified and educationally qualified teachers and staff in the colleges and schools including private aided and non aided institutes. Ensure the staff and teachers salary in private institutes equal to a salary of guest labour or thozilurappu labour. At least guide the students to get job after thier studies, hence in the state no openings or vacancies are understood.

കൂടുതൽ ആൾ പഞ്ചാബിൽ നിന്നും ഗുജ്‌റാത്തിൽ നിന്നും മഹാരാഷ്രയിൽ നിന്നും ഒക്കെ ആണ് കൂടുതൽ പത്താം സ്ഥാനം ഒക്കെയേ കേരളത്തിനുള്ളൂ. ജോലിക്കും PR നും ആണ് പോകുന്നത്
