I was a fan of Vidyut Jamwal when i saw the movie Commando for his fabulous stunts, but now i have absolute respect for him to know what he thinks for women , and he is an outstanding teacher..the way he was teaching self defense ...LUV and Respect you Vidyut.God bless you !!!

No dude i can't agree with u bcz the true essence of martial arts is ruining just bcz everyone's a marital artist now...instead of teaching everyone martial arts teach them self defense Self defense & martial arts are hell of a lot different stuffs

I m a MMA fighter ask to me he is just promoting his film whatever he is teaching..dosent work when the real bad situation comes the mind stops working..the fear makes ur mind shut down..for this u need a lots of months practice to make ur brain calm n focus watever he is teaching its just like a cloud it will vanish when u r in real danger...only a months n years of practice makes u thinks all fight steps quickly in a bad situation...tats it.

GoalSmasher..without any doubt..MMA..mix martial arts..coz MMA means all rounder fighting techniques..in MMA u can learn boxing karate wrestling kick boxing..all of them r in 1 style..is only MMA..u cn easily handle any goons..with watever style u want..so I prefer..MMA
