I was walking my dog two hours ago, and encountered two drunk men who was threatening me and my dog. My dog is only about one year old and so I held my dog tightly in my arms. Eventually they didn't physically attack me and just left. I am a person who is very thin and weak, and rarely does any physical exercises. The thing happened today made me feel that I really need to learn some self defence techniques and build a sttrong body. That's why I came here. Thank you guys so much for making such videos. That was really good. As a former martial arts student in many disciplines, I have somewhat forgotten about my self defense techniques. This is a small, helpful set of tips to diffuse a dangerous situation. Thanks for this. Hopefully, I get to see more great self defense techniques by you both. And, it was funny, yet educational.

Thank you so much for this video Lex! I was walking back home from work and saw an old lady getting mugged in a dark alley way. I knew what I had to do and used some of these techniques. She didn’t stand a chance against the 7 of us!

Keep it somewhere temporarily, then leave an anonymous tip to the police about it being buried in a certain place. Then they will dig that place up, realise it’s not there and move on then you burry the body in that place. The freshly dug soil won’t be suspicious an the police wouldn’t look there because they already had Nah man just kidding I got this from Reddit

You can practice this. Build your reponse and build muscle memory. But I agree, just been beaten up by a guy 24 years younger than me. And I had no idea what was coming next! Thankfully it was an old school fight, no weapons and I just kept getting up and swinging back like a fucking idiot! We sat down after and shared a cigarette. Avoidance is key but I wished I had watched videos like this before in case the worse happened.

Me kicked a (BIG) stone lying on a street (trying to hit a bottle standing on it). I can tell it doesn`t feels good. Me broke 4 toes and didn`t even hit the bottle (which were standing there for days after that and i`m sure the bottle was laughing at me, everytime i came across it again).
